1. How will I know you have received my documents?

We give a courtesy call to let our clients know we have received there legal documents.

2. How much will the process service cost?

The cost is based on if it is a same-day service,  2-day priority serve, or 3 to 5 days routine service. However, all service is a flat fee and includes your return of service affidavit and 3 attempts. We do offer unlimited attempts also, inquire.

3. How will I know when the paper has been served?

We will contact you by e-mail or phone, usually the same day the service is complete.


4. How soon will I receive the affidavit or proof of service?

We fax a copy 24 to 48 hours after the service is complete, and send the original in the mail, however we will also fax your affidavit sameday for rush service and or over night the original.

5. Are there any additional cost? 

After 3 attempts and the defendant has been avoiding service, you have the option of having us do a due dilligence failure of service or forward another service fee for 3 more attempts, we do have a flate rate for unlimited attempts, inquire.

6. Do you charge for affidavits and or milage?

No, our service fee is a flat rate.


7. How do I pay?

You can send a check along with your documents to be served, made payable to On Time Attorney Services, or we accept all major credit cards.

8. How soon will the first attempt be made?

For routine service 2 to 3 days after we receive your documents, unless you have a rush or priority or same-day request.

9. What time will the attempt be made?

Residential will be made in most cases after 5 p.m. or before 8 a.m. and business service during normal business hours.
